I was hoping that that would do the trick (I couldn't email you either as it isn't on your profile, and I didn't remember how that actually works). I used to have the moderate comments thing on, so I figured that was what the deal was. I like comments and am always bummed when I crank out a post only to hear crickets, so I figured it would be a bummer to accidentally not be getting any.

In a post from a few days ago you wanted to know how to balance life with a new baby. The first couple of years are hard. The best things you can have are a rocking chair and all of the ESPN channels as you do not need the sound on to enjoy sports or know what is going on in the game. I use to rock my babys in front of ESPN with no sound for hours to get them to sleep or to keep them asleep and give my wife a break.
I saw many a Detroit Redwing game that way.
As they get older, just be there for them. Put them on your lap and play poker on line. It is not a sin. They are with you and experiencing something you enjoy and that is what is important, being together.
